How do I pay my nanny?
How long does the process take from start to finish?
You will establish the nanny as a W-2 employee. All payments will be done between the family and the candidate. Premier Nanny Network receives a separate payment for placement.
The process can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months depending on the specifications of the candidate you require.
Is there a trial period?
Absolutely! Once employed, the candidate of your choice will be given a 30 day trial period. If your family decides the chosen candidate isn't a great fit after all, we will work with you to find a replacement right away. Your initial deposit of $350 will go toward finding a new candidate. You will be responsible for paying the difference in the candidate's rates as well as the fee for using Premier Nanny Network.

How much does it cost?
There is a required deposit of $350 for placement. This will be applied to your overall contract with Premier Nanny Network once you have found a match. The remainder of payment depends on the nanny's experience, length of employment, and position.
What if my needs change after we find a match?
Premier Nanny Network will pivot to ensure you have found the absolute best fit for your home and family. Should your needs change, simply contact us and we will continue to find the right fit for you!
What if I decide I no longer want to work with Premier Nanny Network?
What qualifications do your caregivers have?
At Premier Nanny Network, we will exhaust every effort to ensure you have been matched with the best candidate for your needs. Should you decide the candidate is not a great fit for your family, we will work with you to find a great replacement. It will be your responsibility to cover the difference in fees should the next candidate have more experience, education, or specialty services.
However, should you decide to no longer work with Premier Nanny Network after three matches we keep the $350 deposit and 50% of the agency fees.
Our nannies must have a minimum of two years of experience and CPR certification. Depending on your requirements, the candidate can also have a nursing degree or a degree in education or special needs.
What happens if I recommend Premier Nanny Network to other families?
Do I pay agency fees every year for long-term Nannies?
So glad you asked! At this time, Premier Nanny Network is offering a $250 referral commission! This is for any full-time nanny or household manager position, only. The referral fee is paid upon completion of the 30-day trial period. Contact us for more information!
Nope! You pay the initial agency fee when you are paired, that's it! Our goal is to ensure every family and caregiver are happy with the pairing. When both parties feel confident, happy, and valued- the agreement thrives! It is our pleasure to pair you with someone who will be there through thick and thin. If your relationship with the partnered caregiver ends, you will be responsible for any fees to hire a new candidate.
What if my Caregiver is on vacation or sick?
Premier Nanny Network will actively attempt to find a replacement to cover your chosen caregiver's scheduling needs should they be on vacation. You will be responsible for paying their hourly rate. Should your primary Caregiver call in sick, Premier Nanny Network will attempt to find coverage however we cannot guarantee a substitute can be found if the notice is last-minute. The benefit to working with our agency is we will exhaust every effort to ensure you do not have to accommodate last minute changes in your schedule.
