Deposit & Matching
After discussing your family's preferences and finalizing the agreement, we kindly request that you remit the deposit for our agency's services. This deposit is essential to initiate the matching process and secure your commitment. Upon receiving the deposit, we will promptly begin the search for the perfect candidate to meet your family's needs.
The $350 non-refundable deposit will go toward your match.

Selection
Once the agency provides profiles of qualified applicants, schedule interviews to meet each candidate and assess their compatibility with your family. During the interviews, ask specific questions about their experience, childcare philosophies, and availability to ensure they meet your needs. After evaluating the applicants, select the nanny who best aligns with your family's requirements and values.

Finished!
The final step is to finalize the employment contract. This should outline the terms and conditions. Once completed, you will remit final payment to Premier Nanny Network. With that, the process is complete!
